Intermediate Installer - Athletic Surfaces

Job Duties & Requirements

 

• Be available to work all across Canada during the installation season which runs from May 1st to November 1st.

• Available to work when weather permits. Days off are taken when the weather does not permit working.

• Able to lift 50 lbs.

• Ability to lead a small team and provide ideas on how to work efficiently.

• Ability to collaborate with the team lead to solve daily issues with a positive attitude.

• Ability to respect the team leads and take directions and instructions.

• Ability to work outdoors.

• Ability to consistently learn and develop in the role.

• This role has the potential to transition into a team leader.

• Any type of construction background is not necessary but is considered an asset.

• A valid driver’s license is not necessary but considered an asset.

 

Compensation

 

• Company medical and dental plan fully paid by Playteck. Available after 2 months of employment.

• Employee savings plan. Available after 2 months of employment

• Daily Per-Diem (meal allowance) while traveling for work.

• All accommodations are paid while traveling for work

• Competitive hourly rate starting above industry average.
